Sherri worked with us making this purchase all the way from Korea. She kept us posted to what was available in the market. She also showed houses to friends here in Texas on our behalf since we were not local yet. Sherri made herself available by phone, and never once did she not return a call. Sherri was very professional and pleasant, and also very personable. We are still friends with her and her husband, Dick. I recently called Sherri to to get her input on refinancing, and took her advice.
Sherri made a lot of phone calls for us, including those from locked houses we were trying to view. She took us to see probably 30-40 houses in all, until we had narrowed our choices down to 3.
She was there during the closing process, and was always available to answer our questions. She knew so much about the market and the details that we were clueless about, and it was a relief to have her on our side!
We would definitely recommend Sherri to anyone looking to buy or sell, or even rent a house, and although we don't plan to ever move again, if the need arose, we would call Sherri for any future real estate needs. -Tim S
